Natalie and Anya are cousins, friends and business partners. Natalie founded Contract to Close TC Services back in 2015 just after she had her first child.

Starting out with just a few clients, the business quickly grew and Natalie asked Anya, also a stay-at-home mom, to join her.  Their business continues to grow mostly through word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied agents and escrow teams across the state.

Though they have backgrounds in industries far removed from real estate (Natalie has worked as a Spanish teacher and in biotech while Anya spent time as a professional baker) they have found that their type-A personalities and attention to detail serve them well as TCs.

Best of all, they have a lot of fun working together to help bring calm and organization to each transaction they are a part of.
